Daily Make up Review
A review of the makeup I wear everyday, their price, and where to purchase.
Concealer: m.vie Concealer in Fair
Foundation: m.vie Pressed Foundation in Cashmere
Blush: Rimmel London Lasting Finish Blendable Powder Blush in Tickled Pink
Eye shadow: Covergirl Eye Enchancers 3-kit in Shimmering Sands

Eye Liner: L’Oreal HiP Studio Secrets Eyeliner in Black

Mascara: L’oreal Extra Volume Collagen Plumping in Blackest
Concealer: This m.vie concealer is amazing. It is so creamy. It covers under eye circles and acne breakouts not problem. The concealer is comparable to a smashbox concealer. I apply this product with a m.vie foundation poof brush duo for a smooth application.
Foundation: m.vie pressed powder foundation has some pretty cool features. The main one being that the more you put on the more it darkens. It does this without becoming cake-y. I’ve always had a problem with my skin tone changing shades and causing me to buy new foundations every time I turned around. However, with this foundation it allows you to go about 5 shades in either direction of whatever color you purchased. This is a huge plus because the product is only available online. It also has great coverage that really evens your skin tone.
Blush: I have to admit the rimmel london blush I bought isn’t that great. This is the first time I’ve purchased it and I don’t know if I will again. Don’t get my wrong the color is gorgeous, especially on my fair skin. However, I feel like it doesn’t last very long and I need to apply throughout the day, contrary to it’s name “Lasting Finish.” Also, I went through the blush really fast. This blush is a classic case of you get what you pay for.
Eye Shadow: I can’t say anything bad about this eye shadow. It’s very pigmented and lasts all day, especially when I use my m.vie concealer as a base. The colors also blend wonderfully even when I use cheap brushes. Add is affordability and I see this as a complete win. This specific pallet is also great for neutral everyday eyes.
Eye Liner: The eyeliner lasts all day and it doesn’t melt in my eye, which is a huge plus. I also don’t see myself going through it or having to sharpen it a lot, which is usually a problem for me with pencil liners. It is my first time trying this eye liner and I can definitely see myself buying this again.
Mascara: There’s only one thing that needs to be said about this mascara: It doesn’t clump my eyelashes together! It is the first mascara that hasn’t done that. It gives my eyelashes tons of volume without making them crazy long, which I love since I already have really long eyelashes. Bottom Line: If you’re looking for the false eyelash look, without false eyelashes, here it is!
